* NEW: Added "Advanced" settings with various tweak options:
  - Experimental horizontal main window layout (disabled by default)
  - Options to disable "KShutdown is still active!" and "KShutdown has been minimized" notifications
  - KDE: "Relative Date Time Format" option (disabled by default)

* NEW: Action settings (settings window → Actions tab)
  - Configurable custom commands
  - Options to hide action menu items, etc.

Progress Bar:

* NEW: Added Left/Right position options
* NEW: Added "Reversed Direction" option

Misc.:

* NEW: Georgian translation by Ekaterine Papava
* Updated the Polish translation
* Help → D-Bus: Added busctl command example
* CHANGED: Rename "Preferences" window title to "Settings"
* CHANGED: Require password (if set) to use "System Settings..." or "Create File Shortcut..." options

* Updated NSIS Installer
* Show a hint if kshutdown.exe is still running during install/uninstall
